No. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders can be placed using the available online payment methods.
Yes. A GST invoice is available for your purchase.
Order cancellation or changes are allowed only while the product has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days.
Yes. We offer free shipping across India. However, if your delivery pincode falls under an ODA (Out of Delivery Area), additional delivery charges may apply. If applicable, our team will contact you regarding the additional charges before proceeding with the delivery.
If a product is damaged during transit, the affected part will be covered under the applicable warranty and the dedicated damaged part will be replaced.
No. Products are not eligible for return or refund. In case of manufacturing defects or covered damage, replacement of the applicable part will be provided according to the warranty policy.
We provide a 3 Year Limited Warranty. The warranty covers the seat for 3 years and all other parts for 1 year.
Replacement of dedicated parts is provided in case of broken, damaged or non-functioning chair parts, subject to the applicable warranty period.
Warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, physical damage, or peeling or fading of the upholstery material.
No. Manufacturing defects or covered damages are eligible for replacement of the applicable parts and are not eligible for a refund.
Products are supplied for DIY assembly. Assembly videos will be provided to help you assemble the product.
Yes. We accept corporate and bulk orders with a minimum order quantity of 10 pieces.
The minimum order quantity for corporate or bulk orders is 10 pieces.
